Hey hey!

Glad for the update, although now all of my custom CSS, languages and other changes disappeared,

I took a .gz backup of my forum before updating. Is there ANY way for me to impelment the changes I've already made to the previous version?

You can carry over your custom.css of course :)
For the language, check the trnslation and make sure its's up to date.

The Latest BBcore is here: marketplace.php?mode=view&item_id=42

Hi Dave :)

Yes, the question is, though: where can I find the old CSS now that I've overwritten it with the new one?

I got the lang working by simply uploading the old ones in there.

But I also made changes to footers and other files :/

Is the backup file any good here?

Artsi,
If you did take a snapshot before upgrading, open the that archive and navigate to the styles folder to get your old files ;)

Dave, sorry for my lack of skills in this area :)

Is the "snapshot" the same as backup? I tried opening up the .gz backup, but I only get an empty folder out of that.

I DID save the backup to my server as well right before updating. Where could I find it on the server?

Thanks :)

the Database backup is not the same as the files backup. Did you do a backup of the files on your server by any chance?

Ah, so I guess I only backed up only the database then?

I made the backup on ACP, and chose the full backup. I don't know where that's located, though. I saved it on the server.

Try asking your hosting if they have previous backups of the files. Some hosts do have weekly backups included in their plans (for many other is a paid option needs to be enabled). Its worth a try.
