phpBB 3.3.11 and PHP 8.3

I've been receiving a lot of PMs about phpBB 33.11 running with PHP 8.3 and the inevitable outcome of errors with phpBB and extensions.
phpBB 3.3.11 is NOT fully compatible to run with PHP 8.3.x.
Full stop. Do not install PHP 8.3.x.
phpBB 3.3.12 (has not been released yet as the time of this post) might be closer to a better compatibility with PHP 8.3.x.
