Am i ok to update to 3.3.1 with FLATBOOTS ?

You are better off updating to 3.2.10. There are still a number of issues in the 3.3 branch, including a pretty serious one introduced in 3.3.1:

I'm also waiting to hear the general all clear around here to upgrade. Will someone please make a post that screams it's ok to update now when it finally is?

I'm running phpBB 3.2.10 and php 7.3. I had to apply the required fixes to phpBB to make it compatible for use with php 7.3 but it wasn't difficult and only took me 10 - 15 minutes. I'm not moving to phpBB 3.3 anytime soon! will wait and see whats what come phpBB 3.3.3.
